How has COVID affected your products, services, or agency?
We have been able to adjust our programming during the COVID restrictions and are providing our programs virtually via teleconference or video conference. Within the first few weeks of COVID shut down, CNIB was able to pivot and offer more than 156 virtual programs across the country. We have grown this over the last few months to more than 385 programs and more than 7200 participants across the country.
COVID forced us to cancel 24 major fundraising programs across the country and our donations are down 30-50% across the country. We have had to reduce our workforce by 10% and anticipate another 10% over the coming months.
